Purpose
An Airport Transport Forum (ATF) is a DfT specified engagement group that brings together a major airport and local stakeholders. Heathrow’s ATF is called the Heathrow Area Transport Forum (HATF) and is a partnership between various organisations in the private and public sectors seeking to improve accessibility and increase public transport use to, from and in the area around Heathrow.

Independent Chair
Anthony is currently chair of Independent Rail Retailers and the Heathrow Area Transport Forum. He is also a member of the Affinity Water Independent Consumer Challenge Group.
Formerly Anthony was chief executive of Transport Focus and its predecessor bodies. He also worked at Consumers’ Association and Consumers International. Having studied law Anthony is also a qualified solicitor.
Anthony’s priority for the Forum is in ensuring an open and transparent discussion with all relevant stakeholders on how best to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the transport network serving Heathrow.
